VSI5X - A machine can produce good particle shape of Aggregate

Particle shape has an influence on the performance of aggregates in most applications. For uses such as hot mix asphalt, crushed aggregate base and Portland cement concrete, shape plays a major role either in the preparation and placement or in the performance of the product, or both.

VSI5X in Aggregate Production Plant

VSI5X is our third generation of vertical shaft impact crusher, it is used for processing the various aggregate. The VSI5X vertical shaft impact crusher was placed in closed circuit consisting of a feed hopper, conveyor to the crusher, conveyor from the crusher to a Selectro screening unit and a return conveyor for oversize from the screen to the crusher. Only one deck was used on the screening unit to split the output from the crusher on the 4.75 mm. The material passing became the sand product and the retained was returned to the crusher.
